Job Title: CRM Implementation Specialist
Location: Malleswaram, Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior CRM Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services department, you will assist in the deployment and ongoing management of CRM systems for our clients. This role involves working closely with senior team members and client stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system meets their business needs and enhances their customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with CRM Implementation:
1. Support the end-to-end implementation of CRM systems for our clients, including planning, customization, configuration, data migration, and user training.
2. Collaborate with senior team members to gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
3. Help ensure the CRM system aligns with client business processes and integrates seamlessly with their existing systems.

System Customization and Configuration:
4. Assist in customizing and configuring the CRM platform to meet specific client requirements.
5. Support the development of custom modules, workflows, and reports as needed for clients.
6. Maintain system integrity and consistency across all client implementations.

Data Management:
7. Assist in data migration for clients, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
8. Help implement data cleansing procedures and ongoing data management practices for clients.
9. Support the development and enforcement of data governance policies for client systems.

Client Training and Support:
10. Assist in conducting training sessions and creating user manuals to help client staff effectively use the CRM system.
11. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to clients under the guidance of senior team members.
12. Gather client feedback and assist in implementing improvements to enhance user experience.
13. System Maintenance and Upgrades:
14. Help monitor client system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
15. Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and enhancements for clients.
16. Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies to advise clients.

Reporting and Analysis:
17. Assist in developing and generating reports to provide insights into client customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics.
18. Support data analysis to help client business decisions and strategies.

Project Management:
19. Assist in managing CRM implementation projects for clients, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
20. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
21. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope for clients.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
