2. Job Title: Tally Software Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for Tally software to clients via phone, email, remote login, or onsite visits.
2. Handle installation, configuration, and upgrades of Tally software.
3. Assist clients with GST, TDS, Payroll, Inventory, and Accounting features in Tally.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration, backup, errors, and customization.
5. Train and guide clients on Tally usage, reports, and best practices.
6. Maintain proper documentation of client issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
7. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or software partners if required.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
2. Understanding of Accounting principles, GST, TDS, Payroll, and Inventory management.
3. Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and data management in Tally.
4. Good communication skills in English / Hindi / local language.
5. Ability to handle multiple client queries and work independently.
6. Any degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or IT is preferred.
7. Certification in Tally will be an added advantage.

   Job Location: Malleswaram, Bangalore

Salary: Freshers - 21,000, Experienced - upto 30,000
